About Us
Project Elite is a family-run children’s multi-sports and allied health coaching program founded by two sisters, both specialists in early childhood movement. Our founders are both former elite tennis players and now qualified health professionals with deep expertise in movement, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.
With over 10 years of experience coaching children from first-time movers to junior internationals, PE helps kids aged 3 to 15 build a strong base of fundamental skills, while preparing them for high-level sport or simply a confident, healthy life.
Each session blends evidence-based methods from an exercise physiology, chiropractic, and strength & conditioning point of view, in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.
